Membership Process
School districts, private schools, and higher ed institutions may purchase WLS products through the completion and acceptance of one of the following:
  • Access Subscription Agreement (school districts) - This form serves as an interlocal agreement between the school district and the WLS, enabling members to take advantage of bids conducted by the WLS.
  • WLS Membership Form (private schools and higher ed)
In order for the form to be accepted, the following steps will be followed:
  1. Establish a Contact Person using the form below. The Contact Person will be WLS main point of contact with the member, including with respect to receipt of Products, management of internal distribution of Products purchased by the member, and acquisition of information about Vendor Agreements and about WLS activities, resources and services supporting education.
  2. Complete this online member information form below in order to establish an account using the Contact Person's information.
  3. Download Access Subscription Agreement (school district) or WLS Membership Form (private school or higher ed institution).
  4. Print the form for approval by your organization's governing body.
  5. Have the form signed by an authorized representative.
  6. Mail the signed original(s) to the following (You may also fax the signed form(s) to expedite processing, but make sure you mail the original, too):
